Why we started
Karnataka's food is astonishingly diverse, yet most of it lives only in family kitchens and fading memories. Thinnu began with a small set of founding contributors across the state, determined to capture these recipes exactly as they are made at home — no dilution, no guesswork.
What we are building
A friction-free home for regional recipes, where a first-time visitor is one click away from cooking. Filterable by district and course, enriched by a growing knowledge library, and powered by contributors from every nook and corner of Karnataka.
